XYLOBAN fire rated door core is a mineral component internal door blank manufactured from high density mineral core.

It replaces traditional solid wood composite material with independently developed mineral composite material as base material of door shutter, frame, and architrave. And it utilizes light mineral as filling of door shutter.

It can resist temperature exceeds 1,200°C, indicating prominent fire resistance performance.

For door leaves, a nominal 50 mm thickness for all FD30, 60-, 90- and 120-minutes door blank is created using the Xyloban low density raw core with ‘HDM (High Density Mineral)’ stiles and rails.

The door blank is faced with nominal 3 mm thickness High Density Fiberboard (HDF) for surface finish.

Xyloban had been designed, developed and tested according to the British standard (B.S 467 Part 22) and European standard (E.N 1634 -1) to achieve Fire Rating.
